I need to buy a really small property up north and have found a really small place that needs total renovation. To own a little terraced place would be so fabulous. I am looking to buy about the full Price is £60000, it would mean my payments per month would be a third of the amount now. If it doesn’t work, I don’t know where to go, if I cannot do this. <div>I am just trying to get a deposit together and selling things so that I could renovate the property. Any help would be appreciated. I had such a wonderful start as a singer and then I have had such difficult lifetime challenges . This is hopefully the last really big challenge. Thank you
