Pray for Zay

This is zayden, zayden is a rambuncious, smart and loving 4 year old boy who loves everyone and loves animals. Zayden became sick about a week ago. After going to the doctor zayden was misdiagnosed with strep throat, after a week of treatment for strep his symptoms only worsened and he experienced back and neck pains. One night after knowing that zayden was sick his father went to check on him after putting him to bed and was unresponsive only to find out zayden was infact having a seizure, the ambulance was called and he was admitted to children's hospital. After back to back seizures,  MRIS, Cat scans, eegs', spinal taps and lots of blood work we found out zayden actually has bacterial spinal meningitis. This is an infection of the fluid and membranes around the brain and spinal cord, once the infection starts it can spread rapidly through the body. Without treatment it can cause brain damage in a matter of hours and can be fatal within 24 hours. As of now zayden is likely to stay in the hospital for 14 to 21 days, with zayden in such critical condition its ideal for a child in his position to have his parents by his side. With limited paid vacation time from work and another child at home, his family's financial situation is at risk. if donations are not an option prayers are always needed and appreciated.
