A Blessing for Brenda

No one can deny this woman's love for her daughter Sarah, her family and friends and fur babies! However, after a wonderful summer with friends and loved ones camping and kayaking, Brenda was hit with some hard news when a mass was found on her kidney. Cancer. Kidney Cancer, to put a name to it.
As of right now her plan of treatment is to have the mass along with her kidney removed (thankfully, the doctor said the other kidney looks beautiful and healthy). She will be in the hospital for a few days post surgery and then will be recovering at home after for several weeks. Of course, due to the pandemic she will not be permitted visitors to the hospital.
To further complicate things (as if a cancer diagnosis wasn't enough) COVID is unfortunately playing a further roll in this as well. Brenda was furloughed earlier in the year due to the pandemic, and now Sarah has tested positive due to exposure at her job at the daycare. The daycare is now temporarily shut down and Sarah is quarantining (but thankfully seems to be doing well). As you can imagine this brings on the financial difficulty as both are loosing wages due to pandemic and time needed for Brenda's surgery and recuperation.
All this being said, Brenda is handling this like a champ. She's struggling and smiling, weeping yet rejoicing for her many blessings. It's hard, but she's trusting her Heavenly Father and she's knows He's good in all things, even cancer.
It's a no brainer that these ladies are wonderful and that we'd want to show them our love :) Anything you can do at all financially would be a help with medical bills and loss of income. We're praying that these ladies would be abundantly blessed beyond what they can imagine, in every way. We've put the goal at $5,000 to be somewhat conservative, but I'd love to see us exceed it. Any amount raised will be wildly appreciated and will go to them entirely.
