Help Rob Fight Cancer

Where do, start, I lived the American dream or at least my vision of it. I started a business in 1995 worked long days, made my own living,  not a lot but paid my bills. A few years ago my feet started burning  and aching I had good insurance, went to a foot specialist that  diagnosed me with Tarsal Tunnel and performed a needless surgery. I had PT, tens treatments, special boots orthodics, hot cold treatments.
I studied and figured out it was Peripheral Neuropathy  and brought this to his attention He stated it  was  was from Lyme disease, I foolishly believed that this was the  case, that was in 2012.
So I continued to work my days living with what I thought incurable pain, I couldn't wait  to get home and get of my feet.  due to the incredibly severe pain.
In 2016 I went to my doctor with  complaints of lightheadednes, severe fatigue, I describe as feeling like I had the worst hangover I ever had 24/7 everyday. I was sent to heart doctors ear nose doctors then they sugested lung doctors I knew I had to figure things out on my own. Then test after test, to leave me with no answers, just addtional cost.
I studied and learned that I  came to the conclusion I in fact had Celiac disease and had been my problem all along
Celiac is an auto immune disease that when your antibodies see the protien in gluten that attacks  the small intestine damaging the villa.  Basicaly pokeing holes in it leaving what is called leaky gut. Unfortunatly while busy with the gluten the antibodies, they are not attacking the things that cause other things like cancer.
I went gluten free in october of this year 2017. The neuropathy started to improve in 4 days.
Great I thought finaly a solution to my problems,I began educating my self on how to eat /cooking, I discovered celiac groups and the wonderful people all helping each other all learning from one another.
Slowly I learned I had to remove dairy and eggs from my diet as well, no problem if it is what is required to stay healthy.
Now I find myself with another life hurdle ,last month I started getting pain in my right side, difficulty breathing nausea, I was attributing it to the Celiac for about a month until the pain became severe enough to send me to the ER. They did (bloodwork ,cat scans MRI, ultra sound), they came back with the result of a huge mass, bigger than a softball on my right kidney.I have been told it has an 80 percent chance of being malignant, ( Cancer), the kidney must be removed!
The mass being large it is will not be able to be removed by conventual means.Leaving me with an extended recovery time ,infection concerns and no way to know if the remaining kidney  is healthy enough to handle the work of both kidney. If not I am looking at dialysis treatment three times a week.
My marketplace insurance will only cover a portion of the stagering costs so any help will be greatly appreciated. If by chance more that the costs are covered It will go to a cause like celiac foundation or possibly purchasing EpiPens for those that cant afford them. I have to this point in life earned every dollar I have this request for help is not easy for me to make but in a fight for my life I am reaching out.Thank you all for you time reading this.
God Bless you All and your families.
