<div>Unsere gute Freundin ist eine junge Studentin, der ein Gerichtsprozess bezüglich sexualisierter Gewalt bevorsteht. Ein solcher Gerichtsprozess geht leider mit vielen Kosten einher:

<div>- Kosten für Anwält*innen, da Betroffene in Strafprozessen Nebenklage erheben müssen, damit sie nicht nur als Zeugin auftreten
</div>
<div>- Kosten durch ausgefallene Arbeit aufgrund der Traumaerfahrung
</div>
<div>- Ggf. auch Kosten für einen Zivilprozess, falls der mutmaßliche Täter auf Unterlassung und/oder Verleumdung klagt, was leider regelmäßig vorkommt bei solchen Prozessen und weshalb wir uns auch entschieden haben ihren Namen nicht öffentlich zu machen

<div>Wir können nicht dabei zusehen, wie unsere Freundin aufgrund von sexualisierter Gewalt finanziell ruiniert wird. Darum haben wir diesen GoFundMe gestartet, damit wir sie gemeinsam mit eurer Hilfe unterstützen können.
