Sean's farewell campaign

Donation protected
October 10, 2014, Sean went to his clinic appointment to make sure he was still cancer-free after just finishing 2 years of chemo for Lymphoma cancer in 2013. He was enjoying his school year as a normal, healthy 8th grader. But during that visit, the blood test showed new signs of cancer growth.  He was admitted, still in good spirits. However in the matter of days, his health declined. He was in the intensive care unit at Seattle Children's Hospital, fighting for his life for several weeks.

Doctors say it is a rare form of Leukemia.

He eventually started to get better and in Janurary,  had a bone marrow transplant to make sure the cancer would not come back again. But he had several complications  and was placed back in the ICU, on life support.

Tuesday, March 17, Sean passed away due to the complications, at the age of 14.

This is a very difficult time for our family. This campaign is to help our family with the expenses of memorializing Sean in the way he deserves. He fought the toughest fight all the way until the very end. His last words were "I'm fighting".

Our family has been on a very tough journey. We realize we cannot continue through this journey alone, and much support is needed. Every penny helps. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your support. Words cannot express how much your help is appreciated.

Signed,
Sean's family
