Getting the Parents to Texas
On October 6th I said yes to the most amazing man who puts Jesus first. We get to spend the rest of our lives together!
David and I are full time missionaries in Arlington, Texas. Working for an organisation called Pais Movement. We also serve in a local church plant aimed at serving the community in the areas of mission, descipleship and bible study.
We would love for our parents to be at the wedding, here in Texas, but finacially that's not looking so promising. We're looking to raise the money it would cost to fly four members of David's family and three members of mine, to Texas from England and Germany, our home countries. As you can imagine, being a missionary we have a low budget and this is a huge cost, we just can't afford.
It would mean the world to have our parents at our wedding and wouldn't like to have our special day without them.
Our parents will need to buy flights as soon as possible as the prices get higher as we draw closer to our wedding day.
Words can not describe how much this would mean to us if we were able to raise the money for our family to get here. Any help that could be given towards this huge challenge would be amazing. We understand that this is a big ask.
