getting Raven mobile again

My Friend Raven's house was flooded last year, and she just got back in after all the renovations.  She is wheelchair bound.  Here is her account about this flood:
Posted on Sunday at 7:30 AM
the roads are flooded. They were not expecting what happened last night. They thought we were going to get about 30 inches for the whole event but we got 25 last night alone. And it's not moving out. It was forecasted to move north of us and west of us. That's not what happened. It cut straight down into the Houston area and it is stalled.

We got 10 inches in 3 hours!

Nothing can handle that.

Then, at 4:00 PM she posted:
I don't even know where to start. I I experienced something today I never thought I go through. We were evacuated by canoe! Water was chest deep. I thought surely I was going to die. The most wonderful people came to our house and saved us. Mia too. Our Rv was taking on water and the water was so deep it was starting to float. My vehicle was under water when we left. My husband has a big truck but it is probably under water too. They were continuing to tell us to stay in place. But they were doing nothing to try and help us. I got on the next door forum for my neighborhood and asked for help. Within minutes we had wonderful people who were coming for us. I had to leave my wheelchairs it was a very difficult time for me. But thank God we did it. One of our wonderful neighbors that's in an area that doesn't flood told us to come stay with her. She is having her 95 birthday Sept 1st. We are here with her. She has Mia cuddled up in her lap.

We have absolutely lost everything. Likely both vehicles. Very likely the Rv, definitely everything in the house. Our furniture was floating. It was waist deep in the house when we left. Outside was chest deep on me.

I am so thankful that we are alive. I am so thankful for the wonderful people who put themselves at risk to come save us. And I am especially thankful for the wonderful lady that has taken us in her home.

I only have my husband's phone. Mine got wet. I didn't try to get out with tablets or laptops. So I probably won't be around too much.

Everyone here is in need of so much.

I have no idea what is going to happen. I have no idea what our future is.

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers.

Now me again, the friend setting this up for Raven.
We are both members of the Kitchen Table Forum on Gardenweb.  I am very concerned about Raven.  I live in Oklahoma City!
I am hoping we can get her a mobility chair to get around, and some clothes.  She needs something other than what she had on her back during evacuation.

All monies donated will go to help her get mobile and in to a housing unit ASAP.
