Get Well Gabe

On Saturday November 30, 2019 at approximately 10:00am my dear friend Gabriel suffered from a level 4 seizure inside his own home and was found by his bother. Upon arrival of EMS, Gabriel suffered from a second seizure of the same intensity before being rushed to the hospital where a third occured. Gabriel did not regain full consciousness until he got to the hospital where a CT scan was performed and came up negative. Gabriel has not had previous seizure history up until now. Doctors are unable to pinpoint what is the cause and why these seizures are occuring at such great intensity. EEG and MRI tests are to be performed within the next few days and we are awaiting consultation from a neurologist and cardiologist in pending possible ablation.
A little about Gabe...
My dear friend, and basically brother is 23 years old and works taking care of the geriatric population. Gabriel is best known by his friends and I as our "happy pill" because he single handedly can lift up the spirits of an entire room. Gabriel has the ability to make anyone feel like they are loved and belong. Gabriel lives and loves by our festival family promise: to spread Peace, give Love, promote Unity and to Respect any and everyone (PLUR). Gabriel's major hobbies include DJing and attending music festivals. As pictured above, even in his hospital bed he is representing one of the most PLUR festivals in this country accompanied by his smile that has yet to fall since admission.
Unfortunately, Gabriel is one of the 44 million Americans that do not have health insurance and therefore, is getting hit with some major medical expenses. Gabriel's MRI alone is going to cost him and his family around $3,000. As any parent, brother, sister or friend, you can understand that this is not how we want to be spending our holidays. I am not only asking you to help cover and help facilitate his care but to also keep him in your prayers that we may find out what it is wrong and is treatable.
