<div>For the past 2 years I have been training Strongman and I have improved immensely.

<div>Strongman competitions are an incredible test of strength, endurance, and determination. They require immense training, discipline, and focus — qualities that I honed during my time in the military.

<div>This will be my 9th competition to date, my first international and it is the pinnacle of the sport, Worlds Strongest Man.
