Dear Friends, Family, Colleagues, Art enthusiasts and Supporters!
I am writing this update from Oxford, YOU GOT ME HERE! You helped pay for my tuition fees - all €29,150 of it (25,405 GBP)!!! All by the end of September, amazing. What more can I say other than ASANTE. There is so much left to heal in this world but being reminded of how much love & support there is despite the challenges is truly amazing and moving. This campaign was bigger than me and I want to remind you that you have not only uplifted me but my community. Be blessed!
This campaign has taught me so much - and has also made me aware of how privileged I am to have such a wonderful network; so many people have been denied an education not because they are not worthy, but because institutions are inaccessible to them due to finances which is grossly unfair. But here we are, one stone turned and I hope that we can keep turning stones through sharing each-others stories, through buying each-others art, through showing up for each other, through compassion and love.
To my sisters, brothers, mentors, family, friends, supporters and philanthropists. I thank you for the time and consideration you have taken for me.
