Help the Rogers HOME to their terminally ill Mamaw

Hi, my name is Ava Rogers and we're a military family stationed in Germany. We're trying to get home to my terminally ill Mamaw in the United States.

My Mamaw is one of my most important and influential people. Between being a homemaker and housewife for over 25 years to being an in-home caretaker for the elderly after her children left the nest, she's spent her entire life selflessly serving others. Mamaw was like my guardian angel as I grew up. She willingly stepped in and helped my mother raise me so she wasn't struggling alone. When the trials of life were crashing in, she always showed up and took me under her wing.

Mamaw started showing signs of Parkinson's Disease about 10 years ago. Fast forward to today: this degenerative disease has continued to progress, and she's now on palliative care due to her terminal illness. Her condition is worsening. Every day that passes, our time with her is growing shorter.

It has been almost 3 years since we've been home or spent time with Mamaw. We don't know how long we'll live overseas or how much longer Mamaw will be with us, so we're trying to get home immediately. We want to spend time with her and allow her to spend time with her great-grandchildren while we can.
