The Emerald Lady is not just another boat, it is a home.
hours, days, weeks, months and years of sweat, blood, and toil by an amazing family and the friends they gather have kept her afloat.
And all of that nearly came to an end but for the alarm raised by Polaris, the intrepid boat cat.
A seal around the propellor shaft failed and lead to the equivalent of a 2" hole pouring the stuff you want keep outside to fill the boat over the floorboards!
That leads to the reason for this. John and Kelly, the current caretakers of the Emerald Lady are like most of us, their riches are their friends and family. Now it is time for us to show them how that type of savings account can pay off.
The damage from salt water intrusion is great, engine underwater, electrical systems compromised, batteries fried, the list is just getting started.
So, this is not about a charity, this is simply a way for them to access that karma account.
