Get Spencer Running Again

Jeff and Amy Laney do not have people kids - their kids are their dogs. On Saturday afternoon, their youngest, a silver lab named Spencer, jumped up for a ball and came down with all of his weight on his back leg. After a 12-hour hospital visit, it was determined that Spencer has a spiral fracture of his Tibia and Fibia. Surgery is required to install multiple plates and screws for this 18 month old puppy to experience a full recovery. Even though he is expected to have a full recovery, it will take 8 weeks of care and rehabilitation. 

Last Saturday began with play and labrador smiles and unfortunately ended with an injured puppy, stressed beyond belief parents, and a $6,000 vet bill. Please help this family by donating anything you can during these hard times. 

Spencer had surgery yesterday with an amazing surgical team and is already starting on the road to recovery.
