My sister, Sarah, has been in the hospital for the last few days. She is currently going through the process of being diagnosed with/beginning treatmeant for an auto-immune disease called Guillian-Barré Syndrome (GBS).

GBS is a rapidly onsetting disease that starts in your legs. GBS makes your extremities feel very weak and eventually will lead to paralysis. It very quickly spreads toward your core and, if it goes untreated, can reach your diaphragm before too long.

After some treatment and PT, she should be fine because THANKFULLY she caught it early enough. Aside from that silverlining, as you can imagine she's missing a lot of work and the medical bills are already looking to be very steep. If you know Sarah, you know how much she loves being outside and active with her friends and pup, Nash. I'm looking for any help I can get for my sister to get back to her happy place.
