Get Sarah a bike

Sarah M had her bike stolen very recently while on a work trip. She'd just gotten it and can't afford to get another, plus it's her primary means of transportation. She's currently borrowing one, but it's not the safest. The bike she had is a Specialized Sirrus Step Through. It looks like it retails for about $600, plus adding some padding for sales tax.
