Our dear friend Michael - whom many may know as a fixture at Willy Nicks and now the Whitlock - recently suffered from an unfortunate accident on a four wheeler while in upstate NY.
He spent several days in the ICU, as well as requiring reconstructive surgery on 3 of the vertabrae in his back. Thankfully because of the surgery and the great medical care he received I personally saw Michael walking on his own two feet the other day, but his medical bills will be substantial, in excess of $200,000.
Michael - like 28 million other Americans - did not have health insurance, and this amount of debt is sure to severely impact his life for the foreseeable future. We are seeking $20,000 to help Michael get started on paying back this enormous financial debt. All of the funds minus what GoFundMe takes will go to Michael. Please contribute with what you can.
