Get Priya home

Raising money to make important home changes for wheelchair access for Priya who had her both legs amputated as a result of severe bleeding during her C section surgery. 

Priya gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 21st March who is doing really well. 

Shortly after the birth, Priya had severe complications that left her in the ICU for 5 weeks to undergo many surgeries to keep her alive.  Priya, being the amazing gladiator and warrior that she is, fought an unbelievable fight.  Her will to live for her newborn, 5-year old son Armaan, and Sara is truly undeniable. 

Thankfully, Priya is now considered stable but has a long journey ahead that will include more surgeries and months of rehabilitation as she deals with her life-changing injuries.  Her arms have miraculously survived but her legs couldn't.

The entire family will be adjusting to a new way of life for themselves.  There will be many unexpected costs associated with her recovery and I hope to raise whatever I can to make necessary adaptations to our family home in Berkshire. 

We are thankful every day that Priya is here and look forward to her going home soon to be reunited with Sara, Armaan, and myself.
