Get Porto back on his feet

Team Black has started this page to raise money for our mate Andrew "Porto" Portolesi.
Porto was about to start his new job on the tools in Sydney, until an incident during a fundraising trip for sick and disadvantaged kids.
Porto, a jet ski enthusiast, was offshore raising money for Variety, the Children’s Charity - when an accident left him with multiple fractures in his leg (right tibia). This is the 7th time Porto has made this trip for the kids, but the first time anything has gone wrong. Porto is now away from home and awaiting urgent surgery at Grafton Base Hospital, scheduled for Thursday. With the shock and pain, I doubt he’s had time to think about transport back to Sydney; or even his rehab and recovery from the operation… let alone how he will work.
As you know, this is not the best shape to be in before trying to start a new job on the tools. He could be off work and without cash flow for quite some time. So that’s why I started this page.
Porto is a great husband and father and it would be great if we could pass the variety hat around and help Porto & Sharon out after this on-water accident.
