Get on board for George

For those who know George, know that he is a loving, caring husband to Julie and a father to three beautiful children, Nicholas (17), David (13) and Katija (8).

George's world was turned upside down in September 2016, when he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer which spread to his lymph nodes, at the age of 42. He began Chemotherapy treatment immediately.

After 12 months of treatment, in September 2017, George and his family were informed that the initial Chemotherapy had stopped working, and that George’s body became immune to that particular chemo.

He now spends three days, every second week in hospital, receiving a different type of chemo treatment.

As many of you may know, Cancer has touched many families, whether it has been a personal battle, a campaign for a charity or for a friend going through a tough situation.

George was the main income earner for his family, and we can imagine what a financial toll it has been, as he hasn’t been able to work since his diagnosis. With that being said, we are trying to raise funds to help ease some of the financial burden.

Any contribution will be so very helpful to the family.  Let’s all get on board for George.
