Get Cyd's mom to Oregon

Please help me get my mom, Lori, from Illinois to Oregon. Her health has been presenting lots of challenges lately. She's been falling a lot and and broke her hip, shoulder, clavicle, and wrist. She's in pain all the time, she gets frequent headaches, and the doctors in Illinois aren't sure what to do. I know that if she's here in Oregon that I can support her getting healthy. She's finally did agree to move out to Oregon to be near me. I'll be able to support her healing and advocate for her with her doctors and specialists. I can encourage her to move her body more and to eat healthy meals. I can ensure follow up aftercare. I was recently recognized for my efforts working hard so I can cover the cost of boxing and moving her things across the country, but I'm asking for help with two aspects of this move. 1: She had $600 saved up, but ran into some trouble and that's no longer available.  Apartments in Oregon are a lot more expensive than they are in Illinois, too, so I think she's going to need at least $2400 total. 2: I'm driving her and her car from Illinois to Oregon. She won't likely be able to handle long periods of driving. She's leaving her friends and lover behind, too. So, I  wanted a couple of stops on the way to be memorable; we've never taken a road trip in my adult life. She wants to see Mt. Rushmore. I'd like to show her Yellowstone, too. Some donations will help with hospital visits along the way or help me add some magic to this transition to a new era in Lori's life. I fly out to Illinois on September 30 (thanks for help with the plane ticket, Bobby). I start loading the truck trailer October 1, likely finishing by the 2nd. I clean her apartment on the 3rd and set out to drive her car and us to visit nearby family. I hope to visit her kids, sister-in-law, and her mother-in-law through the 5th. Then, I'll drive north to I-94 and try to hit a few scenic stops along the way. We should arrive in Portland by the 9th or so, depending on how many stops we make. Thank you for reading this far. I look forward to making this transition as smooth as possible for her. Any funds raised above and beyond the goal will go into an emergency fund to ease complications down the road.
