So every year Delhi has this Church camp for teens, and it is the most memorable, fun, adventurous and all-in-all is an absolutely amazing experience. We play games, we have the best bible lessons, we go on hikes, and do a lot of other crazy stuff.
Personally, teens camp has always been extremely special and is definitely among my most treasured memories. It is not just the fun things we do but who we do them with. These people are the most encouraging and fun people I’ve ever met. In camp, you learn to make new friends, to step out of your comfort zone, to be open to new experiences, and to socialize more.
Teens camp for me has, I think, in a lot of ways made me who I am. It’s made me more confident, bolder, and less of a people pleaser. The friends I’ve made at camp have always been there for me. I’ve learned how to be real and myself through these camps. In short, I’ve learned how to give my best, to be a better human being-in this scary and dark world, and through that- who knows- maybe even influence change and help others to become better people.
This year, it’s going to be held in Nepal at the end of October. Me being able to go would be absolutely crazy because I haven’t been to Teens Camp in 2 years and I’ve missed it so much. This year hasn’t been easy but I know for a fact that Teens camp and all the things I’ve learned there have always helped me through my struggles. I miss it, to be honest. Anyways, I need 335 euros (or 375 dollars) for camp because travel is expensive. Unfortunately, me trying my best to save up this money won't be enough since it is so soon. That’s why I’ve made this page. I would really appreciate it if you can contribute as much as you can or at least share this campaign with your friends so y'all can get me to Nepal. This, I feel, is something that I’ve needed and yearned for the longest time. Thanks In advance. I won’t forget your generosity.
