Justice for Mariya!

12 days in a maximum security prison!

 

This is my friend Mariya Shmandiy !

 

She was arrested and accused of breaching her quarantine orders.

 

She appeared in the SA magistrates court today and was charged with 4 charges and spent 2 weeks in jail without trial and without being sentenced.

 

She was transported directly from court to Northfield women's maximum security prison.

 

Family and friends were beyond worried about her welfare.

 

Mariya has a clean record, is one of the most kind and generous people you'll ever meet and wouldn't hurt a fly.

 

She's been a pillar of strength in the community helping many people, in particular nurses and business owners get educated regarding covid mandates.

Thankfully she is now home and safe however in another shocking twist they've only released her on excessive bail conditions including home detention.

We are working tirelessly to support her ongoing legal battle and we need your help!

The authorities overstepping their rights and abusing their powers is out of control and effecting too many innocent families.

We need brave souls like Mariya who are forced in to the battle field to be empowered and supported to fight for all of us and win.
