Get Julian to Panama; MS treatment

I've been surviving this horrible disease since my diagnosis at 26 after enjoying the best year of my life at 25 in Australia. I'm 42 now and it's getting pretty bad so when I heard good results from people in the same boat, I have to try it. Please help me at least get there ❤️ Julian suffers from severe MS and is now restricted in what he can manage independently. He is confined to a wheelchair or mobility scooter and there is no treatment available in the UK. There is a possibility of a pioneering new stem cell treatment in Panama if Julian can travel.
