Get Julia to The Chinese Wife Carrying Race!

I'm Julia Galvin, I'm a novelty sports enthusiast, and I've just been offered a trip to China for their National Wife Carrying Championships! It's on at the end of the month so fundraising time is tight. 
For those of you that don't know me...When I was 27 in an accident and had a Zimmer frame for 3 years. I was on a lot of medication to deal with the incessant pain. It was at this time I discovered bog snorkelling! Which, I swore that I'd do if I ever walked again! This led to me learning how to swim and bog snorkel!
In 2004 I went on to become Ladies World Champion Mountain Bike Bog snorkeller! Through jigs and reels, this led me to  the Wife Carrying World Championships in Sonkajärvi , Finland!
Why do I do these sports? Because I know that I inspire people to do things... "If Juls can give a thing a go, so can you!"
