Help Joe, Steph, & Laney Restart

My older brother, Joe Haas, has been studying medicine for the past 9 months. He is passionate about being apart of a profession dedicated to helping others. He has been attending the American University of the Caribbean, located on the island of Sint Maarteen. While there, Joe has made the Dean's List twice for spectacular academic performance. Sint Maarteen was unfortunately was one of the first stops on the catastrophic hurricane Irma's path, and perhaps one of the most devasted islands thus far. Estimates are showing over 90% of the island was destroyed and uninhabitable for the foreseeable future. Less than one week before Hurricane Irma hit, Joe returned to the island for his third semester with his girlfriend and their one and a half year old daughter, Laney, looking forward to a life on the island. Luckily all three of them are alive and safe. Although they are alive, they need help, particularly financial help. The airport, Princess Juliana International, famous for arriving jets flying just over Maho beach is destroyed.

They will need help getting back to the states and to virtually restart their lives, which were completely uprooted by Hurricane Irma. If you can, please consider helping Joe and his family get off the island and restart their lives. As I write this, Joe is putting the skills he's already learned in medical school and from his time earning his Eagle Scout to work in helping those on the island: keeping them calm, gathering resources, rescuing people, and helping to lead everyone to work together for survival.
