Get Jillian and Linus home from PR

As most of you know my niece Jillian has been living on the island of Vieques, located south of Puerto Rico. Hurricane Maria made landfall there last week at a catogory 5 hurricane. The small island is in rough shape with no electricity, water and very limited supplies of food. We recently found Jillians name (Eden Over) on the Vieques safe list. But, have had no contact with her or anyone else on the island. We have heard that there may possibly be some small aircrafts that can get to the island ( for a substantial fee). If you know Jillian, you know how attached she is to her dog, Linus. She will not leave the island without him. So, right now we are in desperate need to get her and Linus off the island before things get worse. The videos you may have seen on Facebook are real and our main concern is Jillian and Linus's safety as looting and other extreme measures will be happening soon if it isn't already. Please help us get Jillian and Linus home safely! I am starting this at a $5000.00 goal but, it could even be more. Thank you!
