It’s my birthday, and I actually have a birthday request! There’s something that I could *really* use in my life that I *really* can’t afford. So I’m opening a “Get Jay A Decent Mattress for Her Birthday” fund. I have had life long issues with sleep and now I have lumbar arthritis. I’m deeply grateful for all of the wonderful people who have graced my life, and to be honest, at 41, I’m too old for this second hand mattress game.
Any money you are willing to provide will go towards a mattress purchase. Target mattress amount $800 - $1,200, the model I get will depend on the amount that I raise I’m hoping for something that will last and will actually be reliably comfortable for years.

(If I don’t reach my goal, the money will go into a mattress savings account. Anything over will go into paying off my car, in my quest to be nearly debt free, and continue to be that way for posterity.)
