Get Isobel to Thailand for GCS surgery

Hello. My name is Isobel, I'm a 47 year old trans woman who lives on a canal boat with my dog, Ollie the Collie, and I need help to end what has been a lifelong nightmare for me and put right something that developed wrong.

This fundraiser is to get me to Thailand for Gender Confirmation Surgery. At 47 I really feel the clock ticking on me, and I've come to realise I have little or no hope of getting this on the NHS at home. This really is my only realistic chance now, and if I succeed I think I'll cry from sheer happiness! This surgery is vital for me, and is feeling more and more urgent as I approach 50. What I was born with has absolutely tortured me all my life and I can't overstate how happy I'll be if I can get this done.
