Hi, we are L Cube.

L Cube is a new creative collective led by East and South East Asian (ESEA) queer artists, passionate about telling bold, authentic stories that are too often missing from UK stages. Our work is intimate, funny, and emotionally honest - exploring identity, vulnerability, and the complexities of human connection.

We’re thrilled to bring our debut show, Reasonable Crash Out, to Camden Fringe 2025. But we need your support to make it happen. Your help will go toward venue hire, fair pay for our cast and crew, and giving voice to a community that rarely sees itself represented in mainstream theatre.

Reasonable Crash Out is a raw, darkly funny queer story. It follows Ling, who is convinced that changing her body will win her the love she craves. But after her transformation, she was still rejected - and this time, it hit deeper. Maybe the problem isn’t on the outside, but something within: if she can’t love herself, how can she receive love?

Told through an ESEA queer lens, the play highlights the unique challenges of those who feel their voices aren’t reflected in mainstream narratives. It offers an intimate and fresh perspective on the universal struggles of body image, mental health, and love.
