Get Dez Some New Wheels!

Hello everyone! Most of you are aware, but for those of you who are not, I am a disabled person who lives with chronic pain! This means that there is never a moment of my life where I do not feel excruciating pain. My pain comes from my lower back after breaking it and subsequently undergoing a failed back surgery. Since that first surgery, I have had 4 more that have kept me from becoming paralyzed. Unfortunately, I am still unable to walk long distances, hence my need for a wheelchair! The one I have right now has gotten to the point that it is starting to break down on me so I am in need of an upgrade. 

Originally, we had purchased a wheelchair that worked better as one that could be pushed by others and that was not really suited for personal manual movement. At the time, we had no idea that my condition would go on as long as it has and, with no end in sight, it is important for me to make purchases for my mobility that will help improve my life under the assumption that this will be my permanent condition. 

This wheelchair is made specifically to reduce stress on my body while moving in it. With less strain on my back and arms, I will be able to live my life more fully and have access to outdoor activities that I would not be able to participate in otherwise. Most chairs, as stated in the photo, are very expensive, so the opportunity to find one as cheap as this is exciting!

This holiday season, I am asking for your kindness and help to gather the funds to be able to purchase this chair.  This would be the absolute best Christmas gift ever! I know that not everyone can give, but even just a few dollars helps me towards my goal of improving my lifestyle. Thank you in advance for your help!
