Get dennis a new van

Donation protected
Hi everyone. I hope you can help Dennis Seymore raise some money to replace his wheelchair van. We all know and love him and our friend needs our help.

I'm sure most of you know my best friend / brother Dennis Seymore. For those of you that don't, I will tell you a little bit about Dennis...

Dennis is 18 years old and has Arthrogryposis which is why he got his first wheel chair when he was only 3 years old.

There is no doubt that his story is extra special.

He graduated from Stony Point High School with a 4.0 GPA in 2017 and was nominated Homecoming Duke his freshman year.

We are on the Special Olympics bowling team together and not to brag, but we are pretty good.

Dennis is my honorary brother. We aren't blood related but I love him like we are.

He will most likely tell you how much he likes Elmo and monkeys. And if he really likes you, he will try to run you over with his wheelchair or try to playfully headbutt you. He never fails to make me smile. He annoys me (in a loving brotherly kind of way), and I love him with all of my heart.

Dennis can brighten anyone's day. He cares about everyone and everyone seems to love him.

If you are from the Round Rock, TX area you probably have heard of the Play For All Abilities Park. The idea for this park came from Dennis and his Dad. They worked with the city to build build and later expand a park where all children can play together. Those with full abilities and disabilities can play together on all he fun equipment. Dennis' family has made the community of Round Rock a better place by having this wonderful park.

In these past few years, I have watched his van fall apart. It constantly needs repairs and has gotten to the point where its not safe to drive with the brakes messing up. Oil leaks, brake fluid leaking, having to change the brakes every 4 months due to excessive wear. Their only mode of transportation currently has a cracked piston. That's only the beginning of the things that need to be fixed.

He relies heavily on this van to get to and from his doctors appointments and daily tasks. The cost to repair the van is more than the van is worth so I am reaching out to the community in hopes that together we can get Dennis a new van.

Thank you so much for your time and your donations. It means the world to us.

Please share this so we can reach our goal.
