Get Cowgirls leg fixed

So Tuesday night Cowgirl decided to run off and when she came back she wouldn’t stand on her back leg. Took her to the vet the next day for X-ray and broken above the knee. She is only 1 year old and it’s a lot of money but she’s the sweetest little dog out there. Just want to see her run and be happy again. So if you can help and want to help. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
