Help Caroline Get Urgent Treatment and Be a Mum Again!

Not long ago, Caroline was an active, devoted mum. She loved taking the kids on walks, doing arts and crafts, and spending time in the garden — whether planting flowers or growing vegetables, She was the heart of our home.

A loving mum of three she is now completely bed-bound in darkness, We urgently need help to access life-changing treatment before her condition worsens further.

My name is Jack, and I’m reaching out with urgency and hope on behalf of my partner, Caroline — a loving mother of three beautiful children: Bodhi, Arya, and Forrest.

Caroline has been diagnosed with multiple severe and debilitating conditions, including ME/CFS, MCAS, hEDS, CCI, and fluoroquinolone toxicity. These illnesses have completely changed our lives.

Her Craniocervical Instability (CCI) is particularly severe and is believed to be a major cause of her rapid and devastating decline. This condition affects the stability between the skull and spine, placing strain on the brainstem and nervous system, and in Caroline’s case has led to her becoming completely bed-bound.

Her condition has deteriorated to the point where she must remain in total darkness 24 hours a day due to extreme sensitivity to light and noise. She is unable to spend time with her children, speak with them, or be part of their daily lives. Watching this has been devastating for all of us — especially for the kids, who just want their mum back.

We are desperate to change this — and time truly matters.

Unfortunately, the NHS currently offers little to no support or treatment for Caroline’s complex conditions, particularly severe CCI. Without access to specialist care, there is a real risk her condition will continue to worsen. That’s why we are urgently trying to access private specialists and travel to clinics in countries like Germany or Switzerland, where there is more advanced understanding and experience in treating cases like hers.

This fundraiser will go towards:

ME safe carer £180 daily

Saline £200 daily

24hr monitor £75 daily

special MCAS dietary requirements £30 daily.

These are just some of the therapies we would like to start with that may help her regain even small but vital functions and enable her to spend any amount of time seeing the children and hopefully to travel abroad to seek further specialist help.
