<div>Viele glauben, das Landleben sei selbstverständlich gesünder als das Leben in der Stadt. Doch die Statistiken sprechen eine andere Sprache:

<div>* In ländlichen Regionen Deutschlands gibt es 15 % mehr übergewichtige Menschen als in Städten.

<div>* Die Diabetes-Rate ist auf dem Land um 20 % höher.
</div>
<div>* Herzinfarkte treten hier 10 % häufiger auf.

<div>Wie kann das sein – mitten im Grünen?

<div>Tatsächlich fehlt es in vielen ländlichen Gemeinden an Zugang zu frischen, nährstoffreichen Lebensmitteln. Die typischen Optionen: Döner, Pizza, Burger, Bratwurst, Pommes, Leberkäs – voll mit Transfetten und Zucker, aber arm an echten Nährstoffen. Was harmlos beginnt, führt schleichend zu genau den Gesundheitsproblemen, die man eher in überfüllten Großstädten vermuten würde – nicht in den Hügeln und Wäldern des bayerischen Voralpenlands.

<div>Doch kaum jemand nimmt die Gefahr wahr. Es mangelt an Bewusstsein, Angebot – und vor allem an Aufklärung über gesündere Alternativen.

<div>Ich möchte einen kleinen Foodtruck starten: einen Ort, an dem es gesunde Bowls, frische Smoothies, kaltgepresste Säfte, nährstoffreiche Snacks und mehr gibt – und das direkt auf dem Land. Echtes Essen. Echte Nährstoffe. Echte Veränderung.

<div>Los geht’s in meinem Heimatort Schäftlarn – von dort aus soll der Truck von Dorf zu Dorf rollen und Aufklärung leisten.

The default choices are often fast food: kebabs, burgers, sausages, fries -meals loaded with trans fats and sugar, and nearly devoid of real nutrients. Over time, these habits quietly lead to the very health crises you’d expect to find in overpopulated urban centers—not in the lush green hills and forests.

<div>Yet, few here recognize the danger. There's little awareness, limited options, and virtually no education on healthier alternatives.

<div>I want to launch a small food truck: a place offering healthy bowls, fresh smoothies, cold-pressed juices, nutrient-dense snacks, and more in rural areas. Real food. Real nourishment. Real change.

<div>Starting in my hometown, Schäftlarn, the food truck will expand and spread the message to one town after another.
