As of March 16th, Gerry has checked out from the hospital and is currently under a care-taker. Gerry is still incapacitated and still couldn't take care of himself. Thank you all for those who had extended their help, concerns and prayers. Take care, everybody, especially in these trying times.
Gerry Had an accident, he fell from the stairs and was admitted to the hospital last February 26, 2020 (Wed). He has been confined to the Intensive Care Unit since. He is unconscious and is on a respirator due to the fall with his high blood sugar complicating his situation. Gerry has been living by himself for the last years and might be confined to the ICU for a while. In the meantime, his bills are accumulating and the only help right now is coming from his relatives at this point.
I’m appealing to all friends, especially those who know him to please help in any way; financially and through prayers. We all know him as a jolly and happy person in spite of all the problems that he had been facing these last years. I’ve known Gerry since my college days and was one of my best friends. I usually would hang out at their apartment during those early days; his late mother was so nice to us and has treated me like her own son also.
For those who know Gerry, I hope we could be of help in these trying times for him, Many thanks for your patience, peace and harmony and God bless us all.
