Gerri Thomas Memorial Fund

Gerri Thomas, Our mom and grandma. What a most amazing person! She loved God, she loved people and ministered freely and naturally, to everyone she could. The closest thing to Jesus many of us could experience. She was filled with Godly wisdom and an understanding of the Bible. She loved the Old Testament and caused the stories to come to life. She brought so many truths to live by from those stories. Gerri Thomas never wasted a moment when you were in her presence to encourage you, challenge you, speak a timely word over you and minister to you all while making you feel like you were the most important person around in that moment. Every encounter left you changed, challenged and wanting more of God.

We, her family are awed & inspired by the vast legacy she has left us and We would like to carry on her legacy of giving.  Those of you that know her, know that she would give the shirt off her back, and literally one time "her favorite Jean Jacket" to someone who needed it. 
 
Her largest passion and burden was for single mothers and their children. She and her Bible study regularly made visits to women's shelters. They brought gifts and showered these hurting mothers and thier children with love.  In lieu of flowers please consider donating.  All money that is raised with this campaign will be donated to The Lodi House Womens Shelter as well as a portion will help pay for burial services.
