Gerriey Wainaina. Kenyan Living in Seattle WA. In 2018 he was diagnosed with stage 5 renal kidney disease (interstitial nephritis). He has been on Washington transplant list since then which takes close to 5 years. As well as looking for living donor with no success. We did a fund raiser for him in 2018 coz he had found a donor but ended not to be a match hence He has been doing peritoneal dialysis 4 times everyday for over two years and the funds were used in that treatment since he has not been working just using his gift here and there to find daily bread for his family. Peritoneal treatment looks like it didn't clean toxins too well making him too sick and thats why he was taken to emergency and later changed mode of dialysis to hemo. All this process require operation to remove stomach catheter, install neck port then later put a more permanent solution fistula on the hand. The bills for all these process are so hefty he requires uniting hands. Therefore kindly appealing to all friends and well wishers to Help him raise money for hospital bill accrued during his admission at st. Joseph tacoma and future surgeries the journey is still long.
