Germany Surgery for Christina

Christina Madsen is an active, vibrant mother of 2 young boys ages 6 and 8. She has struggled for years with back pain. 3 years ago she was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and bulged discs. Pain that most of us can’t even imagine living with daily, but if you have had the privilege to know my sister you will know she has the biggest heart and that its hard to slow her down or keep her from always putting her boys and others needs ahead of her own. After the diagnosis we had hopes to find a treatment plan or solution to help her find a fix, not just a bandage, but some relief. Limited to now being on multitude of pain meds, having her back fused which would leave her with limited mobility was the only option given to her, unfortunately being a young mother of 30 years old and wanting to be able to enjoy many activities and adventures with her family in years to come ...this was definitely an unwanted option nor a solution and leaves her with continually increasing pain the more time goes by and left us discouraged and doubtful to be able to help her get her life back Recently tho Christina has found HOPE to a normal life after a consult with a surgeon from Germany. She is a candidate for (ADR) artificial disc replacement in Germany. This is prayer come true, as her situation worsens the sooner Christina can schedule surgery is essential. Allowing her to live a normal life without pain and have full mobility. Along with this hopeful option comes costs. She needs our help! As Christina’s sister, along with some of her closest friends, we are networking together to help her be able to get the surgery she needs and deserves… to get her back to a thriving active life.
