Geralt Needs Your Help!

Geralt is a Lemon Pointer that was on his own for a while in northern Arkansas. He is so very thin- you can see all of his ribs and hip bones, and has a terrible case of mange. He also has tick bite wounds all over his body so we are treating him for underlying diseases. We won't be surprised if he has intestinal parasites and heartworms too.

His skin infection is all over his body- and also on his face and in his ears and also on his front feet and is causing him much pain as he limps due to the inflammation. He was such a good boy for his first medicated shampoo and we are hopeful that with great vetting, a lot of medication and TLC, he will start to recover.
Estimates to help him recover- especially with heartworms and underlying tick borne disease could be $1,000 or more so we do hope we can get some support for his care. He is such a sweetheart and we are so happy to have him in our program.
