Hi, my name is Kerry, and I’m fundraising to support George and his family. George is a wonderful little boy who has cerebral palsy. Due to his condition, the tendons in his legs are too tight, which makes walking very difficult for him. Right now, he has to walk on his tiptoes and wears splints to help with movement. However, as George grows, this issue is worsening, and he is struggling more each day.

George is scheduled to have a life-changing surgery in Bristol to help loosen his leg tendons and give him the chance to walk normally again. This surgery is essential for his mobility and will make a huge difference in his quality of life. We are hopeful this will save his legs and allow him to walk without pain.

However, the cost of going for this surgery along with the recovery process, is overwhelming for George’s family. In addition to the medical expenses, the family will need to cover the costs of hospital stays, parking, hotels, and the loss of income during his 12 months of recovery and intensive rehabilitation.
