Georgina Cancer Fund
This is my beautiful mom Georgina Rodriquez. Her story starts 4-5 years ago when she visited the doctor with some stomach pain. After a few test, she was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. So she went thru 12 sessions of chemo therapy and surgery we were told it was removed.
Abbott six months passed and back to the doctor for a regular check up to see how it was going, doctors noticed that it was back, but only this time it was on the liver. A small spot the size of a quarter on the lower side of the liver. So one more time with chemo and surgery the cancer was removed.
Then round three with her lungs. She is a strong woman and even the lung didn't take her down
Recently she had a mild heart attack and if it wasn't for this mild episode we wouldn't have known that her cancer has returned.
With the first rounds of surgeries and chemos we planned financially, however this time all her funds and securities as well as my siblings and I's funds can't cover her ever growing medical bills.
She owes $30,000 and growing as she continues her chemo, with radiation being the next step.
This woman is not just my mother, she is the matriarch of our family. She is everyone's mother. A loving grandmother and devoted friend.
Anything that you can do to help us would be a blessing.
Cancer sucks and we pray for her everyday and for each of you that gives to help her have one more day with us we pray for you and your loved onese.

Esta es mi hermosa mamá Georgina Rodríguez que desde hace 4 años o mas esta peliando con la horrible enfermedad CANCER! Comienzo la historia con el cáncer de colon, que fue un golpe muy inesperado y que nos dejo sin palabras. Fue muy fuerte mi madre y le dio con todo. Tuvo cirugia y los doctores dijieron que todo salio muy bien. Gracias a dios.
Después de nuestra celebracion fue muy corta porque al poco tiempo nos dimos cuenta que el cancer de colon se movio! Ahora esta colocado en los riñones. De nueva vez a una cirugia que tambien fue un nuevo triunfo para ella. Bendito el señor.
A meses despues de nuestra victoria llego la tercera con el cancer moviendose a sus pulmones. Siendo una mujer fuerte e incluso muy peleadora, el cancer de pulmón no la tomó abajo y le dio con todo con fé y chemoterapia. Y la tercera cirugia fue otra vencida. Dios siempre es bueno.
Recientemente a meses despues de la cirugia del pulmon y con muchisimo dolor, tuvo un pequeño ataque cardíaco leve y si no fuera por este episodio leve, no sabríamos que su cáncer habria regresado.
Con las primeras rondas de cirugías y chemos que que nunca tuvimos tiempo para realizar un plan financieramente, sin embargo esta vez todos sus fondos y valores, así como mis hermanos y yo los fondos no pueden cubrir sus cuentas médicas que cada vez son mas y mas altas.
Ella debe arriba de $ 30,000 y crece mientras continúa su quimioterapia, con la radiación siendo el siguiente paso.
Esta mujer no es sólo mi madre, ella es el arbol que mantiene fuerta a nuestra familia. Ella es la madre, abuela, y bisabuela muy cariñosa.
Cualquier cosa que puedas hacer para ayudarnos sería una bendición. Y seran muy agradecidos de toda la familia.
El cáncer es malo y vamos a orar por ella todos los días y por cada uno de ustedes que le da para ayudarla a tener un día más con nosotros, oramos por usted y por su progimo.
