Georgiana’s Funeral & Send Off

UPDATE: We just found out Saturday that we will get everything for much cheaper than anticipated. Our goal has dropped from $25,000 to $14,000!!!!!
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW HER WELL: Georgiana John, our dear friend, passed away suddenly and unexpectantly on December 5, 2017 at the age of 37. She leaves behind her mother in Sierra Leone. Georgiana came to the United States, as a child without her parents, looking for an opportunity for a better life. She went on to achieve a bachelors degree and get a good job but her main focus was impacting lives of those around her.
She served at her church, an international community, as a staff member, head of hospitality and youth leader. She was a light to everyone she met, build deep lasting relationships and was trusted by many to be there anytime she was needed.
Although she was not married and had not children she took the children of the church as her own. she poured everything she was into the lives of these kids. She taught and counseled them, was a shoulder to cry on and someone to laugh with. They miss her dearly!
Her church, the Sierra Leone Community and employees of Westfield Insurance where she worked have come together to give her the funeral she never asked for. We desire to honor who she was and the legacy she leaves behind.
We are committed to honoring her mothers wish by sending her body home to Sierra Leone to be seen one last time and laid to rest.
