Georgias Chemo Self Care Fund

This is my son, and his Fiancee Georgia.
They have been together since high school, got engaged in 2019 and have been saving up to get married  October 2020.
Everything was going their way, they were both working in jobs they loved.
Georgia was working as a PA for a recruitment company and then in January 2020 Georgia's boss was promoted and unfortunately Georgia's role was made redundant.
That is when everything started to go wrong.
With Isaac supporting them both financially and trying to put money away for their wedding, Georgia was busy lining up interviews.
Then COVID19 hit the UK.
The interviews started to shrivel up and Georgia was losing hope.
Georgia's wedding dreams started to fade away, she began  to believe that she would never get the chance to marry her true love, Isaac.
Then came the unthinkable...
Georgia started  having some pain under her arm, so she went to see her GP ( Georgia found out she had the BRCA1 gene when she was 21 due to hereditary breast cancer)
She thought she had more time, more time to plan, more time to live normally as a 24 year old!
The Results
After undergoing may tests and scans Georgia was told that she has Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
We were all so shocked!
But in true Georgia fashion, she found a way to stay positive by setting up a Facebook Page for under 30`s who are also going through the same thing.
The Plan.
Georgia has bravely pushed back her chemotherapy  in order to undergo fertility treatment in the hope of one day starting a family.
Her Chemotherapy starts on 1st June.
We need your help.
I want Georgia to feel as comfortable as she can whilst undergoing her treatment.
I am asking for donations so she can go and get a massage or some makeup, maybe buy some new comfy clothes or join a gym.
I wanted to set this up respectively so that they can continue to save up for their wedding and so that Georgia would not have to worry or thing twice about whether she can afford that new t shirt or that face mask.
Self care is crucial in aiding  Georgia's recovery.
Thank-you so much  for taking the time to read Georgia's story,
donating just a little, would mean such a lot more to us.

Jackie

On a side note..
Georgia has been an advocate for Breast Cancer research since i have known her, she raises money each year to support the cause and has even "Braved the Shave"
So now it is time for Georgia to take a rest, and focus on herself, her health, and her recovery.
Georgia we love you, and we have your back!
