Lung cancer does not discriminate;  it's a common misconception that only those who have smoked, or been exposed to harmful substances, can get it.   If you have lungs, you can get lung cancer.  

Geoff is the funniest, kindest and most stubborn (!) person I know and whilst I think leaping from a plane is utter lunacy, he is both excited and determined to do a 15000ft skydive on 4th July to raise money for ALK Positive Lung Cancer research.  

This type of cancer is rare and is currently incurable BUT it is manageable, for a time, with the wonder of medicine. Because lung cancer research is so under funded (ALK only affects 5% of lung cancer cases!) research into ALK relies heavily on public fundraising if we are to achieve the same groundbreaking advances and success rates as other cancer treatments.

We NEED more research, we NEED to fund trials for more of these life-saving medicines, we NEED to find a cure....we can do it with your help.
