Generations For Peace is a non-profit peace building organisation dedicated to sustainable conflict transformation at the grassroots.
GFP trains young volunteers in local communities to promote active tolerance and responsible citizenship mainly through sports.
Together with 2 colleagues (Hi Hidde & Clément) I went to Jordan to support GFP in October 2019. We set up their Salesforce environment in order to better coordinate their volunteers, programmes and fundraising activities.
During our time in Jordan we learned a lot more about how GFP operates, the amazing projects they support and obviously the funds needed for those.
Therefore, I want to help GFP financially and what better way of doing that than in the spirit of GFP - through sports.
I will be running the Rotterdam Marathon on 5th April 2020 in aid of Generations For Peace - all donations will go straight to them and will be matched by Salesforce.
So please help me reach my goal of €2000 and be as happy crossing the finish line as I was in this race:
