Don’t miss out on the “General Vallejo Couch Potato Fun Run.” Here is a chance to support the museum and spend an afternoon on your couch watching TV.
Everyone is eligible. Compete in your own time, at your own pace. This event meets all at current and future COVID-19 guidelines.
Sign up not to run and you will be rewarded with a commemorative T-shirt to celebrate your non-victory. This high-quality T-shirt, decorated with original artwork, is only available to non-runners.
5K non-run - $35.00
10K non-run - $65.00
Marathon non-run - $100 and the bonus gift of your choice, an autographed copy of Lower Georgia Street: California's Forgotten Barbary Coast, by Brendon Riley or Images of Vallejo, by Jim Kern.
Like the rest of the world, the Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum closed its doors in March to help keep our community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the important fundraising events we count on to generate funds to cover most of the museum’s expenses were canceled. Although the museum has received some grants and generous donations, these will not cover expenses for the remainder of the year. To continue to do our important work and survive this unprecedented moment in history, we need your support. Don’t be left behind – sign up now for the Couch Potato Fun Run!
