Gene Geniuk's Funeral Assistance
To anyone who may not yet have heard the news, Gene passed away early Saturday morning, and the family is devastated.
We have received numerous calls, emails and messages of support and condolences from many people... all of which have asked how they can help, so a few family members thought it would be a good idea to start this GoFundMe.
His death was sudden and unexpected but, as most of you are aware, due to Gene's health he has been unable to work for several years and Charlene has been his full-time care-giver, as well as working and taking care of Zack – this has created a huge financial burden and I am certain we can all do something to help with ensuring his family relief with some sort to help with services and funeral costs.

If you are not able to donate, don’t forget you can still leave messages and comments for Charlene and the kids to read, hearing memories and thoughts about Gene will no doubt bring them great comfort during this very difficult time.
The vigil is being held on Tuesday, October 10th from 6-8pm, and the funeral service is on Wednesday, October 11th at 11am. Both at Good Sheppard Catholic Church in Smithville, MO., followed by the procession to Leavenworth National Cemetery.
