Genderqueer Top Surgery for J-Ree

My best friend and sibling, J-Ree, needs money for their top surgery. They have been struggling with their gender dysphoria for their entire life. After a long journey of finding who they are, what their gender identity is, J-Ree finally decided to remove their breasts. They are genderqueer and living in Japan, where medical insurance for top surgery requires diagnosis with Gender Identity Disorder. As GID puts emphasis on the “opposite sex,” genderqueer & non binary people cannot use the insurance. It is also hard for genderqueer people to get a full time job in Japan.
