Gemma’s London Marathon 2025 fundraiser for Vision Norfolk

I’m raising money for Vision Norfolk as this great charity has been a massive support for friends of ours, who’s amazing 11 year old daughter Laurel very sadly lost her sight at the age of 3 after suffering from retinoblastoma (a type of eye cancer). Vision Norfolk have not only been an amazing support to Laurel, but to her whole family, including her two older brothers.

Through the generosity of people like yourselves, Vision Norfolk has been supporting people with sight loss to live independent and fulfilled lives for over 200 years. With an estimated 35,000 people living with some degree of sight loss in Norfolk, our work is needed more than ever. We support people through adapted social, sports and educational activities, providing practical support through our visiting community workers, at eye clinics and our community hubs and providing specialised housing and telephone befriending.
